Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve at once. For an extra special treat, add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup too. (2 servings)
Combine frozen bananas, soy milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth. To serve, pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh banana slices and mint. Mr. Breakfast once tried it with plain yogurt and a teaspoon of instant coffee. It worked! (3 servings)
Basically, you just chuck everything in the blender. It takes about 30 seconds. Get it good and smooth and then serve with a little sprinkle of ground nutmeg for looks. (1 serving)
